What is the floating profit rule on RedInstant?
By Redstone Team ยท Updated Sep 2, 2026
RedInstant accounts may hold at most 1% of the starting balance in unrealised profit at any one time. Above that, close or partially close the position to bank the gain.
| Account size | Maximum floating profit |
|---|---|
| $10,000 | $100 |
| $25,000 | $250 |
| $50,000 | $500 |
| $100,000 | $1,000 |
| $250,000 | $2,500 |
Only unrealised profit is capped. Once a trade is closed, the profit is yours and counts normally toward the payout cycle.
The rule applies to RedInstant only. RedPro and RedFast have no floating profit cap.
